I am seeking a frequently working artist for a studio mate in a rustic setting. ...It's a partly renovated, full-size school bus with an extension cord run out to it,...

Details of cost: At first, you would only pay $25/month plus a share of electric that is split between a lot of people. After the landlord finishes some work (in maybe a couple of months at the earliest), rent would go up to $50. I am mostly concerned about getting someone who will help keep the creative energy up around my studio space. To see the kind of work I do, check out Quill & Anvil Designs on Facebook or quill-and-anvil.com. Thanks!
