Angela Rizzolo - cost really depends on the size of your house and how often they come. My sense is that you can expect to pay at least $100 every two weeks. (Anybody pay less?) What they do also depends on who you hire. Definitely should thoroughly clean kitchens, baths, wash/vacuum floors, dust. Mine changes beds for me, wipes out fridge.
