I very much feel like the cock of the walk. Went 50 minutes this morning as I edge myself back into normalcy. I'm also playing my guitar again. Looking for a good...

Yay Uncle Bill! I know it's from my motivating presence this weekend! ;)
Cheryl M. replied:
Hi Bill, try Steve Zerkel at Medford Sports Injury & Therapy Center. I highly recommend!
Alena R. replied:
Bill, I've not yet heard the details of what you're recovering from, but I gather it was major and my heart is with you. If in addition to physical therapy, you determine that you could benefit from massage on your neck and shoulders, I strongly recommend Christa M. Rodriguez, LMT at Medford Medical Massage.
Claire R. replied:
I second Steve Zerkel, he's wonderful.
Jess C. replied:
It's wonderful to hear you're on the mend. AND picking up the guitar again:-) Gavin at Klieman and Stamper is amazingly intuitive. And Mike Servant at Authentic healing is great, too. PT has helped me a lot with my neck and shoulder issues, but the thing that has helped the most is practicing gentle yoga. Good luck in your searches!
any suggestions for a physical therapist in Ashland?
Jodi F. replied:
Kleiman. 482-0242. On Ashland St next to Clay street (2-3 buildings over from YMCA). Good luck! I read on their website that they just got back from further training on the shoulder complex and have some new tricks. !!
Jodi F. replied:
Paul had fantastic results with an almost frozen rotator cuff with the German guy at the place above Miller Paint. Sorry so vague! I will get more details, but he was near the point of surgery and then got all fixed up by this guy instead. I won't lie, he felt it! But it was very fast and effective (must be two years ago now and he's still in good shape).
Kathleen K. replied:
Mike Pennington@Turning Point in Talent! Saw him myself but currently taking a friend there!

Lynn T. replied:
I'm seeing Mike Seigl at Ashland PT on Lithia way for my knee. He's terrific. He works with lots of athletes, actors from the festival, city employees. Has a wide ringing practice and definitely does rotator cuff work. He's close friends with scooter Townsend and the other docs at Ashland orthopedics. Highly recommend!
Steve D. replied:
My first suggestion would be to see Phil Whitmore at Siskiyou massage across from Noble coffee. His is amazing at bodywork and rehab. If you work with a PT make sure they understand PNF. If they don't know what PNF is walk out the door.
Andy P. replied:
Turning Point in Talent is very good!
Gayle W. replied:
Mike Pennington, Turning Point Physical Therapy on Hwy. 99 just past Rapp Rd., Talent. He's a no-nonsense, caring guy. Over the past 12 weeks, he has helped me fix my shoulder that's been a problem for a few years. The most important thing with any P.T. is to do the exercises! Good luck, Ed.
Sheya R. replied:
The best is Mary Gorman in Talent!
John L. replied:
I've had excellent results for an arthritic knee at Bradshaw Physical Therapy on A street, and with Justin Carson at Jackson County Physical Therapy in Medford for a bunged-up ankle following a broken leg.
Heidi G. replied:
Ashley Nardi. She used to be with Jackson County PT but is on her own now. She's is in Ashland. Very good!
I'm looking for a physical therapist in Ashland that you trust and would recommend PLEASE!
Tina S. replied:
541-488-1479 for James.
Emily A. replied:
As a dancer I mess myself up all the time and Deborah Lehr Stamper of KleimanandStamper Physical-Therapy is awesome. She has helped me with several issues over the years including tendonitis and helped my friend with a shoulder impingement... And gave us exercises to keep it from happening again.
