Astoria Columbia Valley Vet is the BEST, even after Dr. Goza retired. Call them, they will help....and be honest and only charge you a fair amount. Been taking our pets there for years. 503.325.2250

Our dog had the same injury two years ago and we were also faced with a $4 k surgery. Our vet let us know about a doctor out of Astoria, Oregon. Dr. Goza at Colombia Veterinary Hospital did the surgery for $300 including pain meds. We took an overnight in beautiful Astoria and the surgery was a great success. Two years later Cuervo is still doing very well. Columbia Veterinary Hospital 576 31 st St, Astoria, OR 97103 (503) 325-2250 GOOD LUCK!

Hi all,
My dog has a wart-like thing he needs to get looked at and removed. The Humane Society says they don't do warts, so I was hoping someone could recommend a good,...
Ali M. replied:
Astoria vet group, Dr Smith. Not sure that any vet is reasonably priced but they are good.
Elissa A. replied:
I took my dog to Astoria Vet Group (Dr. Brach) also for a wart looking thing on her ear & she told us that it would actually fall off & to not remove (as it would be expensive). It did indeed fall off!
Irene E. replied:
Astoria Vet group. Dr, Alicia is amazing!

Dr Jodi Smith@AVG
Molly M. replied:
Ditto what everyone else said. My dog had a wart like growth twice now and by waiting it removed itself. If it does in fact need to come off, I'd check out Astoria Vet Group or LIC Vet.
Linda H. replied:
Ditto about warts falling off, and liking Astoria Vet on Steinway St. Warts will fall off. If it doesn't,( or is on an eyelid causing irritation ) it could be something else, and you'll need to address it.
Hayley G. replied:
I go to LIC Vets - their communication isn't always the best but they take great great care of my baby
