http://www.hokaoneone.com This is the shoe my podiatrist said is now all the rage for trail runners around here and he thought it would be good for me to try when my Achilles heals. It is the opposite swing from the minimalist shoes (and he is treating tons of barefoot/minimalist running injuries now). Seems to raise the whole foot up higher, so maybe it would level you front to back.
