^ about $3 at Wally World. I have bunches of these in different colors. Great product, replaceable batteries, removable lanyard. You can also remove the translucent plastic tube and use the bright LED light without it. http://www.walmart.com/.../Life-Gear-LG117-Life.../20531096

Most useful glowstick I have found. Attach a string to put around your neck. You have a glow stick, and a flashlight pointing down at your feet. Big box stores and Lowe's and Home Depot might have these. <http://www.amazon.com/.../ref=asc_df_B004FKMFHW2572346...>

I actually like this one better. It has more pockets on the outside to hold paint brushes and such and it's cheaper. I like that most! ;) http://www.overstock.com/.../7546667/product.html
Can anyone recommend a personal trainer in ATL who's the real deal? Trying to shape up a bit. I achieve personal goals much faster when I'm also externally motivated. ...
oohoohpickme replied:
Brad Kolowich, or one of his trainers - the real deal, on the west side. I'm a random not-so-in-shape middle aged guy, but he does several fitness models, etc. I've used him for more than two years, without complaint. http://bradkolowichjr.com/ or kolofit.com

I would recommend crossfit, if you can find a good place. I joined a local gym (kennesaw) a few weeks ago and the atmosphere is very supportive. The trainers there all do personal training as well, but I'd try it for a few months and see if it doesn't get you in the direction you want to go.
