Welcome to the area!! We've used ClearDefense Pest Control at two triangle homes and highly recommended them.
Cam is our current tech. Aaron was our primary tech at our previous home. Every one of their employees has been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
They use a compound that is safe for pets and kids and it dries quickly. We haven't had any problems with it affecting our indoor or outdoor plants and I have an indoor veggie garden that I cover when they spray.
They will come out in between quarterly visits if you need it which we had them do when we moved to our second home which had ants and silverfish already present in the home. After a single follow up visit the problem was taken care. No other issues. We're very happy with them. I'm not sure how they compare price wise but we feel like we're paying a good price for the service they give. You can book online. Their info is:
