Also Note: SPS Atlanta can access for dyscalculia. folks may want to consider having their child evaluated. Mindy Cohen: I think Everyday Math (Univ of Chicago) is evidenced-based. The key is to be sure the student understands numeracy and how to think (conceptualize) with numbers. It is a developmental process and many students do not understand conceptual underpinnings of math. Funny that you sent this email.
