Pest repair should be easy, regular grunt work. Not a licensed contractor job. May not even have a business license and may have to borrow/rent tools and have only a car, no truck. Handy man can do this. $20.00 per hour on the divide, won't keep regular hours, I had one who showed up around 7:00 pm and worked until 3:am. May bring their kids with them and wife. Everybody wants to be a manager also so if you can find one he can recruit grunts for you. You should also call the Miners club or Larry's where they hang out, best painter I've ever seen came out of the Miners club, no shit.
