Keri I wish we could sue but that's the worst part. Te FDA has labeled it as a class 3 device which is considered a "life saving device" (which it is not) and it got preemption status which means that it we women can not sure the company. It's horrible. The women that have been effected by it like me r really trying to make the government aware of what's going on and trying to get thru to the company but no one is listening. We r working with Erin Brocovich So we have someone on our side at least.
