AmericInn Oswego on Douglas is around $120 a night with taxes and fees for regular double queen or one king rooms. I used to work there and the pool and sauna area is nice and you get a basic hot breakfast included. Not sure if they still do Extended Stay rates but you can always ask, they used to house Caterpillar employees and stuff so they probably can work something out with you.
