Hi Lindsey, Kindred Oaks has the 30 th available and would fall under your budget-yay! 512-260-9690. Because of being up so high, we have a near constant breeze as well as a flash mist system. Angel Springs, Chateau on the Creek, Lone Oak (they do have air conditioning in one of their large barns, and Gabriel Springs are all terrific.
