Matt Herchick did my inspection 5 yrs ago before I purchased my house. His report is extensive and understandable. I put an offer in on one house and after his inspection i passed and ended up here where i am. He embeds photos of all deficiencies as well. His number is 440.846.0342. Very affordable! He also has a construction background.

Rod Whittington, extremely thorough! He did ours when we bought a foreclosure here in twinsburg. He was wonderful. Spent a lot of time going through the whole house to ensure we felt comfortable with the decision to buy this home. Took tons of pictures, had excellent recommendations & every one he recommended for jobs that were required to be done by FHA turned out great as well. (216-952-8500). Highly recommended!

We used Rod Whittington when my mother was hunting for a condo. Very thorough, professional, and a well laid-out digital report. He made himself available to us when the seller disagreed with his findings and help support his claims. Great guy! http://whinspections.com/

I am sure he is a great guy but he is not a ASHI certified inspector he only does things to ASHI specifications if you want someone who is ASHI certified please verify with ASHI http://www.homeinspector.org/HomeInspectors/Find/Results...

If you are buying a home, I highly recommend David Macy from Home Safe Home Inspections ( http://www.hshinspections.net/ ). I found him on Angie's List, used him on the last home I purchased in Twinsburg, and he is so much more thorough than any other in spector I have used (who were all recommended by Realtors). He found mold in a home that even the mold inspector had trouble identifying at first. He saved me $1000's on this purchase. He did an inspection for friends of mine who moved to Twinsburg and they share my opinion.
