Mike M. replied:
Dr Don is good in a pinch so to speak....if you have long term needs Healthland can give you tailored therapy but not the cronking and snapping back into place you might need.
Seb C. replied:
Mark Leonihttp://www.thailandchiropractor.com/ first session is 2500 after that it's 2000. He has really fixed my back from 10 years chronic pain down to almost none. He actually takes his time and sessions are always an hour or more. Dr Don is cheaper at 1800 for the first session and 1500 after that but I was in and out in 5 minutes and felt a little like a carousel.
Scarry L. replied:
Hua Chiew - TCM is great. Acupuncture, massage, and a small adjustment.
Seb C. replied:
For me my pain was in my upper right back but from the first session Dr Mark realised it was actually caused by an issue in in my neck and treated me accordingly. First person in 10 years to actually pick up on the cause of the pain - and I've seen a lot of professionals in that time. He even took the time to send me a personalised exercise plan and talk about diet etc. Maybe you can tell him I sent you, I might get a lollipop haha
Anybody can recommend a good orthopedic doctor, specializing in Shoulder/Neck problems or hospital department in Bangkok?

Does anyone know of a really good chiropractor in Bangkok who uses instruments for adjusting vs the typical manual adjustment? Thanks in advance!!
Tim C. replied:
Not sure what instruments you have in mind, but Dr. Don has a very good reputation: http://www.bioenergyasia.com/
Patricia B. replied:
Thanks Tim Critchley! I just had someone recommend that on my post in Moving to Thailand. Now what???. He put a call in for me, and I've sent an email. Hopefully he incorporates instruments! When I say "instruments", this is what I'm referring to: http://www.dibellachiropractic.com/wp-content/themes/dibella/images/auto/impulseGun.png
Tim C. replied:
hrm, I haven't seen that - which from my point of view is a good thing, but each to their own! they do give you a good, long electronic massage before treatment however - I've tried a lot of chiros in my time and Dr Don is pretty up there IMO
Seriously DS a chiropractor or similar to help with a back injury. I've been to several specialized departments in international hospitals that have proven themselves to...
Adam B. replied:

Laurent R. replied:
I used to have severe back pain until I went to see an osteopath who did miracle , I am still a regular when I have problem ... much better than any chiropractor http://osteopathcentre.com/
Mark S. replied:
The osteopath centre is seconded by me. I have been to see them a few times and they are great. They speak perfect English too. If you end up decided to get an MRI done then check out the MRI centre on Bangna. I had a great experience there and it was much cheaper than any hospital. I took my scan to Samitivej after and they load it up on the doctors computer so you can still go and see a doctor to discuss the results even though you got the scan done somewhere else.
Paul W. replied:
Mahidol University school of Physical Therapy. You can get treatment here and pay as you go. Some staff speak English but its better if you take a Thai friend. Sorted me out very well.
DS great chiropractor in Bangkok. Thanks in advance.
