Myfitnesspal is indeed a good app. I see a nutritionist / dietitian at Sukhumvit Hospital regularly. She can communicate in English and the advantage is that she will give you advice on a diet based on local food. Quite happy with her. Can't remember her name now but she is the resident one at the first floor.
I wonder if anyone can help me please, I am looking for a protein shake that's not too expensive. Does anyone know where I can find any? Thank you in advance.
