For your eyes never ever let the pharmacy give you the normal stuff. They can make things worse and if you have a serious infection like I had its time to hurry to a real doctor. The big hospitals are good but the one that most famous is Rutnin http://www.rutnin.com/eng/

DS Pharmacy (and possibly the other pharmacies) on Rama IV between Silom and Surawong usually has Nootropil. Vitoons on Soi Pradipat (directly next door to Mystic Inn) usually has Nootropil as well. Can I guarantee they have them right now? No.
