Ari running store in Central World has a running machine and will check your gait. They don't have a great selection but there is no pressure to buy. There is also a big supersports sale at Central Pinklao this weekend.
Katie M. replied:
'Ari Running Concept Store' in Centralworld. Not the cheapest but they will listen and you can try running on a treadmill in store with each pair you try to see which has the best feel.
Giles P. replied:
Adidas and New Balance in Central World both have treadmills.

The Racquet Club on Sukhumvit. Renovated and amazing. Also, RD.
Psych C. replied:
ProClimber if you are on the Thonburi side for best training and coaching (but a little smaller), Urban Playground at the Raquet club if you like sport climbing, and Rock Domain on Bangna Trat if you like bouldering. There is also a tower in Big C Ladprao with dedicated climbers training daily.
WM A. replied:
A shop at Central Embassy selling. 3 or 4 th floor.
Stephen S. replied:
Rock Domain is pretty cool and cheaper than most other places 400 baht a session, 150 baht for shoe/harness hire. They have all the gear to rent (and some on sale). It has bouldering, top rope and lead climb routes. They have a website but the place is located on the Bangna-Trat road near the Nation newspaper (almost opposite Index), nearest BTS is udom sok and you can get bus or taxi from there. As for buying gear - it is probably worthwhile buying it in the US/UK/Europe etc. and getting it brought across. With regards to groups - can't help you there but there are always climbers at rock domain looking for people to go with.
