You probably want a gestor, he/she will advise you what kind of records you need to keep yourself, and then will file the Hacienda forms for you. I can't imagine an autónomo gestor who speaks English will charge that little, but if you can be flexible with the language and location requirement, try: http://infoautonomos.eleconomista.es/

Hey mate, you probably well know this, but HMRC will be sent an notifier if you declare non-resident. What the Spanish tax man looks for is proof you were in fact paying British taxes in order to give you the taxback.
