You can use rastreador.com as a benchmark when you compare. Mapfre is considered the most serious insurance company in Spain, unfortunately also the most expensive. It's a good idea to check the policies with Mapfre when you compare the other companies such as liability etc. Good luck!

Book an airbnb for a few months and talk the host into signing a conditional lease in addition to the airbnb contract. It costs them nothing but a nice present helps. One months notice from either party. Problem solved on that front. Per insurance, Mas Salud from Sanitas works but print out ALL the policy as the civil servant will want to see the conditions.

I work for Novus auto glass in Wyoming. It looks like there is a windshield doctor near you. I'd recommend them over anywhere but a novus. Safelight is a bunch of hacks trying to put an end to small town local glass shops like mine anyway. They're the devil.
