Your biggest problem will be Brexit, until then its just filling in the tax forms in both countries, as self employed in Spain will have to pay 344€ a month tax, before making any money, but there are discounts for new starts. If you are not resident in Spain it will just be UK tax, but if you don't become resident you won't have a right to stay after Brexit.
