Does anyone have recommendations for opticians? Is somewhere like Multiopticas good for offers and whatnot? Also a branch where they have English-speaking...

Optica Universitaria is a nice chain, and on Plaza Cathedral (Bortn) they speak English. I prefer the small mom & pop stores, but I speak Spanish, so can afford to go there ;-) Prices at Universitaria are better though.

+Vision right there at Plaça Catalunya can help. They did it for me. Right next to FNAC. They have chains throughout BCN, but I can vouch for the staff at Plaça Catalunya. www.masvision.es
