If you're just getting back into skating, I would recommend 4 x 80mm wheels with an 85A firmness, which is meant for multiple surfaces. If you are a 7.5, I would probably recommend going with an 8, as if the boot is slightly too big, you can always wear thick socks and/or use a thick insole. If skates are too small, you're basically screwed.
It's hard to offer advice on places to purchase as stock on inline skates is running very low due to covid-19 and slowed manufacturing. Some online retailers you can check out are:

As women's 8 is a popular size, it might be hard to find something you like right now. I'd recommend spending at least $150 (US dollars) to ensure that you get something that is adequately supportive and comfortable. Happy hunting!

The price of shoes there, is from 20€ to 200€. I bought lots of times shoes there for my clients:). And they have different style of brogue shoes !!:) Good luck!
