I highly recommend the Happy Mango. Lots of fruit and veg and authentic ingredients. Dalpri skins etc. Or the raw ingredients if she makes them homemade. Zehrs has a pretty okay section and the Bulk Barn has a decent variety of spices. Call ahead if you don't wanna risk them not having what you seek.
