It is actually pretty easy to deal with Carnival's Personal Vacation Planners (PVPs). We have cruised 6-7 times now with Carnival and have done everything on our own and have always had a great experience.:-)

Not exactly a travel agency but Costco travel has AMAZING deals, all inclusive resorts to lots of destinations and flights included! Definitely worth checking into
