As for the clever name, it's because Pop-Up de Mayo is a brunch pop-up coinciding with the People's Joy Parade on Cherokee on May 3 rd. Although I probably should incorporate my homemade mayo into the menu ... Tortas. There.

Soulard Coffee Garden at 9 th and Geyer. Best eggs benedict in the whole city! Most of its charm is the outdoor courtyard, but even in winter the food is fantastic. Has a bohemian, very casual vibe & they'll customize anything. OH, and the pancakes/french toast stuff is to DIE for as well!
