I used Pam and Roger Hammerquist to buy last year. They’re with Keller Williams. I was really happy with them. She’s the one that handles showing homes, negotiating, very personable. He’s a stickler when it comes to the paperwork- very knowledgeable on all the details. I got a great deal thanks to them, and they were very responsive anytime I needed them.

Check out RootMetrics.com or their app for phone and data coverage maps and ratings. They score all of the carriers around the country for coverage, dropped calls, data speed etc. For my business and family needs - 8 lines, in my area, West Michigan, Sprint was the best fit for us with the Unlimited Everything Plan. The new Framily Plan is where I'd go next.

I use probably over a thousand text month 3K in minuits and always on there for data either from the phone or hotspot for my laptop. Maye 80 hours a month. Never been charged over what it shoudl be. Also, crazy fast! Here is the speed test I just did. A friend and I checked and his with Verizon was less then half of my speed test.
