Hagerstown CC & Blue Ridge have classes pretty regularly. You'll need to take the Real Estate course that lasts about 9 weeks(if I remember correctly). You can also do it online. Costs around $300. I personally recommend the class as you'll learn way more. Then you take the test. After passing the State test you can start at ANY Real Estate Agency. Some have higher overhead than others. It costs about $2000 to start up after all your fees are paid, not including the course and your test.
