Mary S. replied:
My HNO and the Hausärztin in his office are two of the kindest, most patient-oriented physicians I've seen (outside of my small town in the US). The office is, however, at Rosenthaler Platz. If that's not too far, the office is called the Praxisverbund Berlin, and the Hausärztin is Jasmin Malak. You might have a but of a wait at the appointment, but it is genuinely because they're taking their time to listen and help their patients. Best of luck to you!

Praxis Prenzlauer Berg at Prenz'l Allee and Danziger is pretty good. Nice docs, okay desk staff. But for me I prefer them for stuff like sore throats. Usually you have to go their open hours and wait rather than getting a regular appointment.
