This guy is old school but he's the absolute best: Dr. Behse. I have a chronic medical problem and every other doctor I've been to knew Dr. Behse and told me he's a well-known neurologist in Berlin. He only takes private patients though. If I remember correctly, he told me that he lived for a few years in the US, but I spoke to him in German. You could also call your german health insurance (if you have one), they will get you an appointment within 6 weeks. Otherwise you should ask your general practicioner, they usually have recommendations for specialists nearby.
