Akrum Ali is fantastic and has gone above and beyond post sale. He sends me updates on comps all the time, and went to court recently to petition against a tax hike based on my assessed value. That is incredibly important: any realtor can give you a daily MLS report while you’re shopping. The post sale engagement is really what means a lot to me. I can connect you guys if you PM me.

I worked with Century 21 Trademark Realty in Rockville, MD when I needed a rental. They handle a lot of private rentals. Met with the realtor, saw 4-5 places, signed paperwork, and was good to go
