Lauren Holleran at Gibson Sotheby's or Sandra Lynch at Hammond. Fabulous.
Grant C. replied:
We used Sarah Holt and Julie Gibson out of Bowes... Bowes is really one of the heavy hitters in Arlington and they were really hooked into properties coming available. The help us sell a property and buy our current one - and I don't think we would be in this house if not for their work and representation. It will be hard to find someone really familiar with all those areas, especially Charlestown and JP - that's a pretty wide expanse of towns with an immense variety of homes. A property in East Somerville is going to be nothing like one in Arlington Heights or Huron Village in Cambridge..

It's time ... can anyone recommend a REALLY GOOD real estate agent to help us find the perfect high-rise condo in Washington, DC? We're not in a rush, but we are...
Edward S. replied:
I highly recommend Elizabeth Blakeslee. She lives in D.C., and she has sort of specialized in condos. She's licensed in DC and MD and VA. She has wonderful credentials. She can be as patient as you want. Office: 202-625-3419 (direct line); home 202-843-2398. I love condo living, and I previously owned 2 detached homes. Good Luck.
