Best Home Inspection Company in LV? Hi all,
My fiancee and I were thrilled to learn that our offer on a home was accepted. It's a cute little farmhouse in Northampton...

We used pillar to post (I think they are out of Nazareth?) when we bought our place, which is a mishmash of eras.. from 1700 s stone farmhouse at one end to 1970 s flat roof addition at the other, with a brief stop in the 1870 s for the middle. They really knew what they were looking at when it comes to older buildings, were very thorough, and very personable.

Avoid Comfortspec. The inspector we got was lazy and not thorough. He missed some really obvious things. This guy's pretty good: https://www.homeinspector.org/HomeInspectors/Find/Details/14858AE/Wind-Gap/PA/Eagle-Inspection He climbed all over the place and was very thorough, although a bit salty.

Integra is pretty good in my experience. Recently had a very thorough inspection by one of their guys who was always available afterward for questions and seemed to really know his stuff.

I had a friend use Mountain to Valley Home Inspections. She said nothing but great things about them.

Just moving here from further south, we've gone through the inspection process on 2 different houses and used Allied (https://www.alliedinspection.com/) for both (most recently about 6 hours ago). Greg is an absolute professional and the job they do is great. Can't recommend them enough. LMK if you go with them and maybe I can put in a word.

We used home check inspection services out of Nazareth for a very reasonable cost—like $500 for everything including water testing, visual pool inspection, and termite testing (I think!) The guy definitely took his time & ended up finding a problem that unfortunately cost us the house (sellers wouldnt re-negotiate) but would have been a nightmare had he not found it (termite & water damage in an inconspicuous area.) I liked that the guy was willing to tell us his opinion as an inspector vs normal guy. Like “the built-in humidifier doesn’t work...but this isn’t really a technology that is recommended nowadays anywAy & you shouldn’t worry about it.
I'm looking for a local realtor who can help me find a place to rent that has all the amenities im looking for and located in BETHLEHEM. If you can help me please shoot...
