Same issue here. We take our daughter to a holistic chiropractic, not a traditional western medicine. McKinley Chiropractic. Works with adjusting and giving dietary education. My daughter was taking meds daily. For about a year now is pain free. Th riving and changed her diet. Gluten free and increased vegetables intake. Decreased meat and chicken and increased fish. She really don't dedicated herself to eating healthy and exercising. Out chiropractic's approach is getting you realigned so the nerves are working 100%.

Dairy free, soy free, gluten free - which is not as tough as it sounds - and lots of great ideas involving nutrition, exercise, and relaxation. Good luck!
