I love Dr. MacAleer at Kingswood Chiropractic but he's far from you. Woodward and Square Lake. (248) 338-7477. They have massage therapists there too. A full hour massage after a treatment is only $40.

what i use is called Formula 303 (it's the only thing I could take and it relax my muscles (& mind) without knocking me out completely. Main ingredient is valerian root. if you can't find locally look on amazon or ProfessionalSupplementcenter.com
