I am using High Road Construction for my home on Big Pine. They showed up, gave me a decent quote and will be starting window replacement, roof work and some repairs of inside water damage the middle of February.

Finer Lines can help with either a modular or stick build. Quality builder and the modulars they carry are nice.

Rudy Krause Construction is another great builder but I’m not sure if they also handle modulars, same with Pinewood.
