Hiya Donna!i've used Percy Hughes and Roberts based in Hamilton Square. Dont get it confused with a solicitors with a name very similar.A gal called Sarah handled the sale of my old house plus the sale of my dads and the purchase of my current home. They have also helped me sort the estates of my mum and dad after they died and gave me great advice. My family have used them since my gran was alive and we have always found them very efficient and brill!My brother used them as conveyancers for his house.No idea if anyone elseyou know has used them but that's my recommendation:)
