I was impressed with Cochise Animal Hospital at first, but my last experience there changed my mind. Dr. Kroger at Coronado Vet in Sierra Vista has been in practice for almost 40 years. He diagnosed my Sophie with lymphoma. She died the next day. The office staff is friendlier and more professional at Coronado Vet, too.

Cochise Animal Hospital is great. many of the workers also work with rescue groups in the area. It's also the vet we use for the shelter. Dr. Burke is great also.

Was not impressed with Ms Burke. April has been a patient at Cochise Animal Hospital since I got her from the shelter. They've always been available and have treated her for everything from shots to stitches.

Cochise Animal Hospital was great when the Bahneys owned it now it has lost its hometown flair and they don't care as much I feel.

While I have no reference to the previous ownership (though I have heard good things) I can say that my 3 dogs have all had visits to the hospital. One was hit by a car and was given human-style emergency treatment and fully recovered, a euthanasia of my 16 year old lab that was as caring and loving as I would ever hope, and other less notable occasions to visit with my dogs. Dr. Snyder is excellent in her prognosis and prone to take holistic measures first. It is the only personal experience I have here in Bisbee. CAH has earned my endorsement. Next week, I will take my boy "Shadow" in for eye-lid surgery to remove a tumor. I have zero concerns for his safety and speedy recovery under Dr. Snyder. (Below: My wonderful beautiful "Shade", recently departed).

Someone had posted this just the other day: There is a fantastic mobile vet who comes to Bisbee every few weeks -- Dr. Geiger. His rates are about half of a typical vet practice. He'll be here again Thursday, Oct. 22 nd. Call for an appt: 732-8262
