Heath Morton homes. You only deal with one person and he uses the same guys and has done so for 10 years. Really nice guy. Just got my house built by him and couldn't be happier. I'm a roofer and we get a fair idea what the chippy work is like and how square the buildings are and believe me their are not many around that I would recommend.

If you're wanting to build a block fence around I would highly suggest looking for these guys who are Green Block Technicians. They build fences that look exactly like your block fences but they're made from Styrofoam. They're pretty much weather proof and they're amazing. My neighbours just got one installed. They're also rendered then painted obviously. But you can have your whole street address cut into the fence, numbers, letters, everything! They have a Facebook page but if you're interested then PM me and I'll get the phone number off of my neighbour for you. They're so good, they go up quicker, I believe they're cheaper and you can create a really cool feature fence or whatever out of it too! I can't wait to afford my own house and get one. Haha

Steffo Quality Homes. I've seen a few of their bathroom renos, and they are excellent. Neil Steffensen and his crew did the work on our garage after the termites had a feast on it, really great job. Can't recommend highly enough.
