Sarah Gardner dont forgot sometimes you don't need a Licenced builder if its not structural e.g.: Licenced trades do different jobs . if you need a new wall built etc you may just need a plasterer or Carpenter. This is a major cost saving. ..

Hi sarah what is it you want to do to the games room? Build in an existing structure or add on in most casses people call a builder the builder makes unreal promises than tries ripping the trades of to keep as much money out of the job for themselves they then pay themselves for simple ringing a plasterer/ painter/ tiler/ carpenter to do the job. If you want extension and it is structural call a carpentry company.if it is internal call a plastering company they can frame, sheet, set(get everything ready for paint (cobsta plasterers 0438724551) is local he even knows a good carpenter and painter.
