I am an occupational therapist in the hospital and highly recommend Dr. Pilcher and his partners! They are great doctors and have an awesome bedside manner. And I have personally seen Josh at Accelerated when I needed PT. I have been to Aches away and they were good too and I see Dr. Stout for chiropracter. We are so blessed to have many good health care providers in town! And welcome!

I know u will think I am crazy, but it is so well worth the drive. I go to Brenda Kube in Leroy, she is with bromenn. You would totally love her and I have sent so many friends there that say they will go no where else now.

Not sure how your insurance works but I have to go to my physician to get a prescription for PT. Once you have that I highly recommend Josh Smith at accelerated rehabilitation in Normal. He's fantastic and specializes in running injuries.

Aqua therapy... yep. When I injured my back about 10 years ago I did aqua therapy and it is awesome!:) Also, I go to Dr. Benjamin at the Millennium Pain Center; that might be an option also to help with the pain issue. But the therapy will greatly help with the pain issue also.

Thank you so much for all the help. I saw Dr. Stroink and going to go back and follow up with her. I will write down the names of doctors you all gave me. Water therapy and yoga sound like good ideas. Also..Janie..i had an mri with a hernitated disk. Dr. Leese has helped emensly. Im able to walk so much better but just in so much pain. Gailey Eye Clinic is amazing! Dr Knupp is the Pediatric Opthalmologist but recently decided to stay in the Springfield location (he used to travel to Blm). My friend was unhappy with another practice here in town and does love Dr Knupp and travels there to see him.
