There is a difference between a listing agent and a buyer agent. Justin Rush's advice is the best. And the truth is the most successful agents don't beg for listings. Educated Sellers seek them out. We used AJ Petrillo. He works hard and smart!! We also love working with Linda Baker. Not only knowledgeable and hard working but FUN. I trust Tanya Bailey with best advice. Julie Fitts Queen has always been professional to deal with and very nice. I'd also lean toward Rachel Callihan Cowart. She is a great mix of local, professional and strong agent. The BEST photographer is a must...you should consider requesting Justin Rush. My husband and I own a real estate brokerage in SoFl and I've been selling real estate full time 18 plus years .. did some selling in BR too. Interview at least two or three of the best and select the one you feel a good working connection/relationship with. A deal can get stressful and you'll need that trust and open communication.
