I'm looking for a brake upgrade to improve stopping power and minimize fade. Any recommendations for my 97' LX450?
I'd also like to tow my 3600lb travel trailer/hybrid...

Front range off-road offers a high steer kit that lets you upgrade to the Tundra brakes or current Tacoma/ 4 runner. Pricey, 1 k before you buy any brake parts, but it's about the only upgrade I have found. http://frontrangeoffroadfab.com/fj80-keyed-hi-steer-kit-pre-order/

We've installed a number of the Terrain Tamer cross drilled and slotted rotors on different cruisers and the response has been very positive. I have a full set on my DD 100-series as well. To date, we've had zero complaints about parts fit or any type of failure. We work strictly on cruisers and see quite a few built wagons and expo rigs here at the shop. The Terrain Tamer rotors are a direct replacement part so there's no need to change wheels and tires. They're also ground to size rather than cut on a lathe so the two braking surfaces are perfectly parallel for optimum brake performance. And they're not made in China ...... 100% Terrain Tamer! My Cruiser weighs 8,000 lbs and the last 8,000 miles through Latin America the Terrain Tamers have been awesome and are still going strong! https://www.facebook.com/216957024981396Valley Hybrids Cruiser Brothers
