I have bought some lovely furniture from Ethan Allen over the 20 years I have been here - all in lighter colored woods/finishes. EA's quality is really good - but their prices aren't cheap. That being said, you get what you pay for - 15-20 years later my stuff still looks almost good as new [but I don't have kids, so that most probably helps with minimizing wear & tear!].

Their furniture may look appealing but quality isn't good. For high end, Montage and Showroom (in Boston).
