CareConnnect or Boulder County CareConnect. Exec. Director is Emily Ditty <emilyditty@careconnectbc.org> Their goal is to ensure that seniors and adults with disabilities may remain in their homes as they age.

Unfortunately people pay to belong to Care Connect and get referrals. I wouldnt trust that. The Boulder County Org number for family services is better. If he is on Medicaid he is eligible for CDASS which pays for home care.
