Do any Longmont/Boulder peeps have a good optometrist they'd recommend? I've been going to the doc-in-a-box guys for years, but my aging eyes need a little more TLC now.

I go to the eye care center. It's close to your house. http://www.eyecaresite.com/ I saw Dr. Meyers for years, and he's great. Now my insurance won't cover him, so now I see Dr. Olijnyk (same practice) and she's great, too.

Eye go to Dr. Tripp. Sr is an opthomologist and Jr is an optometrist. I went to Sr in the 80 s then moved around due to insurance. Now I'm back. Very well respected and experienced. Nice too.

With Dr. Meyers I did have a spectacular wait (several hours) but that only happened once. I've seen him since 1999. He's a specialist, and the day I had to wait he had two or three emergencies. His nurse came into the waiting room to let us know what was going on, and she asked all of his patients if we wanted to reschedule. I've never had to wait with Dr. Olijnyk, and I've seen her twice.
