A laundry list of stuff. Long story short, after the fire, we were using Welsh Construction to rebuild; they'd been around over 50 years, offered a two-year warranty against defects, etcetera, had good reviews, the whole nine; seemed like a good bet...Until they got purchased by a Certain Personage (you can look it up for yourself, not naming them here), who proceeded to destroy the company in under a year. They simply stopped showing up on site, their license holder threw the license down on the MHIC person's desk & walked out. Nice, eh? Anyhoo, there's about $25-35K worth of stuff which needs a fixin', though it must be done by someone who is properly licensed by the MHIC in the great State of MD. Waaay too much stuff to bother with here; will PM/email you a list if you'd like.
