Anyone try acupuncture for spider veins...Where? Any results? and prices? I don't want to do any medical procedures right now by my dermatologist
Angie R. replied:
call Zoe at PRH http://prhacupuncture.com/
Michelle K. replied:
Mary Bertagnolli is great...she helped me with other issues:)
Leslie G. replied:
Yes AI Lieber is the best he's on Facebook or call him 406 586 3133. His wife, Kelly gives a really great Asian style massage too. He's got decades of experience for me that's a must!
Kelly L. replied:
Thanks Leslie! Yes AI is amazing. Not sure we could completely remove spider veins depending on severity, etc but acupuncture is great for improving circulation in the body. If you do elect to have a medical procedure done, acupuncture would absolutely help with healing for that as well. Please call us at 586 3133 if you are interested in trying it out. Probably within 6-10 visits you would know if it was right for you. Best wishes! Our website http://bozeacu.googlepages.com

Stephanie G. replied:
I have struggled with moderate acne all my life. I was 27 when I started using Proactive Plus with a facial cleansing brush. I have never had my skin so clear. I am 30 now and while every once in a while I still get a pimple here and there my skin has still never been clearer. I would recommend Proactive Plus (along with the facial brush) to anyone. I use it once a day and massage the cleanser on for about a minute using the brush. It did get a little worse when I first started using the Proactive and then it cleared up. I did stop using Proactive for 2-3 months because I ran out and my face started breaking out again. I ordered more and once again my skin is clear. So I know it's not because my skin has just changed, the Proactive+ works. I realize everybody's body chemistry is different but Proactive+ really has made a difference for me.

My feet are in bad shape! Dry, cracked and peeling...are there pedicurists that specialize in these types of problems or do I need to see a dermatologist?
Jackie S. replied:
a podiatrist...Dr Wilshire.
Kathy P. replied:
Dr Wilshire is the greatest, but honestly if you are wearing sandals in the summer, this happens. I'd soak, maybe in some bath salts. Get a sanding board for feet (Wmart has for approx a dollar). put some vaseline or bagbalm, etc on them at night and then cotton socks. See if that helps. There are ointments made for the cracks as well. But if you sand, soak and treat, daily as needed, then they should start to improved in a few days. If not, there is always the option of seeing a dr. Pronating etc, can cause stress on feet/calusus etc that continue to develop.
Can anyone recommend a good dermatologist for hair loss? I also desperately need to find someone who specializes in wigs, sizing and ordering.
Sally R. replied:
I have heard Dr. setzer is very good. She is with Big a Sky Dermatology. 587-7546. You could call and ask.
Tori S. replied:
I know this sounds weird, but call Christie Badura Hansen at Nights Delight Beds & Furniture on Main Street in Bozeman. Her and her mom have owned Geni Wigs for 20 years that they operate in the back of the store. They are the only ones in town and are very helpful! Best of Luck! Not sure of your health issue, but if you have Alopecia I would recommend seeing a Rheumatologist. Dr. Melissa Reily up at BDHS is awesome.
