Ladybug Preschool. Hands down!! My 2 older kids have thrived here. It is a short 2.5 hrs for 2 or 3 days a week and they have a fabulous balance of basic cirriculum (handwriting, letters, numbers, colors, shapes, etc...) but also teach about teeth hygiene, what to do in case of a fire, how to safely ride a school bus, etc.. I also LOVE that they teach some bible stories and have a great balance when it comes to certain times of the year, say, christmas, they have fun with Santa and giving gifts but also teach the story of Jesus' birth. The same with easter. I cannot say enough good!!

The Child Development Center on MSU's campus is great! (Self-disclosure: I am an early childhood processor at MSU and my office is down the hall from them.) It is one of a handful of places in the state to be accredited by the National Association of the Education of Young Children. They typically have a waitlist, so if you're interested you may want to get your little one's name on the list.
