Jenna Leigh runs/teaches at Pure Healing Yoga in the Emerson, and just had a baby herself. She'd be a great resource for you! I'm not prenatal, but I've really loved all of the instructors there so far

I recommend Jenna Leigh at Pure Healing Yoga or Steven Blair for this issue/concern. I do not recommend going to just any yoga studio with the issues you are describing love. Thanks for the recommendations everyone!

I love Yogi.....BUT if you make the wrong move and trigger that back pain it is all over!! I would go see Dr. Shea Stark for sure, I had all of the same issues with my pregnancies. She remedied my shoulder in about 10 seconds!! Amazing, seriously. (I have torn discs and lots of back and sciatica issues)

DO NOT just go to a yoga class if you have sciatica!...especially if you have not seen a doctor and had a disc herniation ruled out. I am a chiropractor AND a yoga instructor. I would be happy to offer a free consultation. If you are interested, following consultation we could provide an exam and or chiropractic. Another option could be to have me help you determine yoga poses that are safe and/or dangerous for your condition and help you learn safe ways to modify poses for your condition so that you can practice confidently and safely. Any suggestions for a gym or yoga class? I am not looking for anything fancy. I just want to work out.
Jennifer K. replied:
Fuel Fitness, Bozeman MT has lots of equipment and classes, so does Access Fitness in Bozeman. Have been a member at both and they were good, neither has the best customer service though. I've heard the The Ridge Athletic Club is the best for all of it, just way more pricey.
