Can anyone recommend a doctor in Orangeville that is taking new patients and doesn't run a walk in clinic during their regular hours? TIA

Dr. S.S. Bariana will be taking appointments for 2-7 pm Mondays and Wednesday's to Friday in the near future. Right now his hours are reduced, but that will change. The new hours are not yet in affect, but should be this summer. His number is 905 463-2095 11-15 Brenda Blvd.

Hi, I'm not sure about Brampton specifically, but I have heard a lot about CAMH downtown (http://www.camh.ca/en/hospital/Pages/home.aspx). Maybe that could be a start? They might even have information about other GTA facilities/people. I hope everything is ok, and thanks for posting in the sub.

Talk to a new doctor and request it be for counselling. Whatever you do, dont go to CAMH. They wont help you properly either.

http://www.romyscounselling.com/ There's a place right near Queen and Main called Romy's. I don't know if it's any good, but it might be worth a look.
MattRix replied:
Yeah psychiatrists are useless (at least without counselling), what you want is a therapist. There are a bunch of mental health areas and at the hospital (William Osler), and a bunch have therapists. You could try calling them directly, but you may need a referral from your family doctor. Also, if you or your family has medical benefits, they often will cover visits to private therapists and they have special connections to get you appointments sooner etc.

[Catholic Family Service](http://www.cfspd.com/) is really great. In no sense does it feel catholic focused at all, and their counselors are really good. Plus the whole atmosphere is just pretty great and a lot of the side programs they run for people like group anger management or even tax filing instructionals all seem pretty good. I've been going there recently and they've really helped. They're not free, but they're pay-what-you-can as per a brief meeting before you first session, and it *totally* worth like $20 a session if that's all you can afford. You go in on a walk-in day, have a session, and afterwards can ask to be set up with weekly visits. I think I only waited 1-2 weeks in between my walk-in session and getting the weeklies. And have had counseling in the past bi-weekly or monthly, I think weekly makes a huge difference. Good luck, man. There is something about professional therapists, you don't have to be afraid of what you say because they're handling it in a professional capacity.

John Howard Society at 134 main should be able to coordinate you with a program.
Anyone know where the doctor who photoshoot images are uploaded? Been looking for a good month now. Any help finding them would be appreciated.
